WOODBRIDGE, NJ — An Edison man used the public WiFi at multiple Woodbridge retail locations to upload and distribute child pornography, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone charged this week. William Geisz, 79, of Edison was taken into police custody Monday. County prosecutors say Geisz used the public WiFi at various retail locations in Edison, Woodbridge and East Brunswick to upload and distribute sexual images/videos of children. The stores that he patronized were not named by the prosecutor. Geisz was charged with first-degree using a file-sharing program to store items depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of children, second-degree distribution of child pornography, second-degree possession of child pornography and a disorderly persons charge of lewdness. The investigation into Geisz's alleged criminal online activities was investigated by Detective Daniel Lojek, who works in the Internet Crimes Against Children unit of the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office.
