I am helping my sister rehome her Rose Breasted Cockatoo named Lily. She needs to downsize her animals. Lily is a female. She does not talk but makes whistling sounds. She is a very gentle bird. I went over to her cage and she bent her head down for me to scratch it and let me scratch her chest. She comes with her large cage and toys. She does enjoy using her beak as a scoop and throwing her food on the floor but I believe that is to get attention. She used to get attention daily from family members but my sister is getting older and is the only one intereacting with her and I believe she would bloom in the right house. She is approximately 23 years old. You must have experience with parrots and provide the phone number of the vet. I will post pictures as soon as possible.
