HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A recent vehicle fire in Havre de Grace caused $9,000 in damage, according to authorities. Officials said the owner of the 2015 Chevrolet Traverse discovered the blaze before 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13. About nine firefighters responded to the 100 block of Ohio Street and brought the fire under control in three minutes, according to the Office of the State Fire Marshal. The fire was traced to the engine compartment, officials said, while the cause remains under investigation.
