IMC Equity Group, a full service commercial and residential real estate holding company, is seeking a dynamic General Maintenance worker to join their team at their Marathon location. In this role, you will be responsible for: • Day-to-day maintenance, repair and efficient operation of all the apartment building systems and equipment. This includes the areas of carpentry, minor electrical work, replacing broken windows, repairing locks, replacing bulbs, a/c, plumbing, painting, and other minor building repairs. • Coordinating and completing all requests for work accurately, expediently and in a safe and efficient manner. • Performing casual labor, such as, lifting and moving heavy items. • Performing maintenance on equipment and tools. • Responding to emergency maintenance requests. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: • Prior general Maintenance Worker experience required. • Knowledgeable in using tools and other maintenance equipment. • Knowledge of plumbing, generator systems, UPS systems, HVAC systems, DC & AC Power, fire systems and building management. • Must have valid driver’s license. • On-call availability for emergencies and projects.
