Description

1. Turf and pond maintenance (mowing, edging, aerating, fertilizing, irrigating, plant cultivating, trimming and disposal. 2. Utilize and maintain a wide variety of garden/grounds equipment. 3. General cleanup of sidewalks, asphalt areas and surrounding areas of the residential community and Clubhouse. 4. Understand and carry out assigned work with minimal supervision. 5. Empty and clean waste receptacles in designated facilities. 6. Fulfill grounds requests from homeowners as approved and assigned by the Chair of the Grounds Committee. 7. As directed by the Chair of the Grounds Committee perform intermittent duties deemed essential to the community.
