Valley Marketing is a local distributor of a 106-yr. old American made product and we are currently in an expansion phase. We need a few customer service representatives who will help us continue our growth. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT:
➠ Assisting Customers, answer their questions or product needs.
➠ Keep track of daily task/performance
➠ Have the ability to be crossed trained in other departments.
➠ Work efficiency with a team as well as independently
➠ Stand and move around for long periods at a time
➠ Pack and unpack merchandise, Set up and display
➠ Keep track of supplies and inventory
➠ Have people skills and solve customer related problems
Corporate training is provided.
