Press release from the City of Roseville: November 4, 2021 If you're in Downtown Roseville, you may notice crews working on the vacant City-owned building at 401 Oak Street. Remediation, demolition and grading work is set for fall and winter and will prepare the 1.87 acre site for future use. A Request for Proposals for the sale and development of the parcel closes November 19. Prospective projects will be evaluated by the City of Roseville for their potential to provide housing or commercial options that contribute to the vibrancy of Downtown Roseville. Schedule Remediation work is scheduled November 8 – December 3. Demolition and grading work are estimated to begin December 6 and continue through January. Working hours are weekdays, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. The schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, equipment, and other unforeseen conditions. What you can expect We're making every effort to minimize disruption. However, you can expect noise in the vicinity as well as large trucks entering and exiting the site.
