WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department is continuing its search for a man who is wanted for two separate sexual assaults. Uriel Angeles-Hernandez, 26, committed the assaults in May 2021, police said. Hernandez is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
