Property Management Company is looking to fill Day Porter position. - Schedule is Monday-Friday with possible intermittent weekend work. - Part-time position with 20-25 hours weekly – Flexible schedule with management approval! - Company vehicle and supplies provided to service multiple locations each day. - We provide services to Roseville and the Sacramento area. Job Duties: Day Porter is responsible for keeping the property clean. Picking up trash, sweeping, light landscaping and using a variety of cleaning tools. Report any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor. Assist with any various projects at any of our locations. Extreme attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to follow directions. Maintain curb appeal. Keep our properties looking good! Always represent the company in a professional manner while on the properties. Expected Candidate: High School Diploma or GED and communicates in English. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Computer literate and able to learn new computer programs. Ability to work well with staff, customers, and residents. Self-motivated, efficient, and able to adapt to a variety of cleaning situations as they arise. A sense of pride in keeping the community and properties looking great.
