As Maintenance Supervisor you will be in charge of all maintenance operations at our community and provide leadership and inspiration to our maintenance team. Job Description The Maintenance Supervisor position is responsible for the maintenance and general condition of our 482 apartment homes at The Crossing Apartments. Your key responsibilities would include the property maintenance, preventative maintenance, maintenance service requests and monitoring the work of outside contractors, grounds work and assisting with other maintenance tasks when needed. You are the right person for our team if you are a passionate, goal oriented individual with great communication skills and want to be appreciated for all your hard work!
