Hey, hey- I am a singer/songwriter who has desperately been wanting to start a band for years. Finally ready to pursue this dream and looking for interested, serious musicians. My partner plays bass and I'm not the best at playing guitar, so I would definitely like to find a lead guitarist and drummer. Open to any other instrumentalists. The artists/bands we are most influenced by are Karen O, Leonard Cohen, The Velvet Underground, Gorillaz, Modest Mouse, Crumb, Wand, Angel Olson and White Stripes. Looking to collaborate, so we're not set on any particular sound or style.
We're willing to invest in a rehearsal space and recording equipment. We'd love to eventually work our way up to local gigs and see where things go.
