CONCORD, NH — Walter Healey, 67, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 1:25 p.m. on Nov. 5 on criminal trespass and criminal mischief charges after an incident at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road. Daniel King, 32, of Northwood was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on Nov. 4 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex and theft by deception, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He is due for arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court on Dec. 2. Christopher Joseph Royle, born 1994, of Concord received a citation at 5:25 p.m. on Nov. 3 on a simple assault charge after an incident on Washington Street in Penacook. Colin P. White, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:17 a.m. on Nov. 3 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges after an incident on Prince Street. Sarah M. Baumgratz, born 1962, of Pittsfield was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on Nov. 3 on two endangering the welfare of a child charges and six simple assault charges after an incident at Beaver Meadow Elementary School on Sewalls Falls Road. Brentt Trudeau, born 1992, of Hillsboro was arrested at 10:48 p.m. on Nov. 2 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident at Planet Fitness on Fort Eddy Road. Jay M. Pease, 29, of Laconia was arrested at 9:39 a.m. on Nov. 1 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at Sixth Circuit Court of Concord on Clinton Street. At 10:44 a.m., he was arrested again on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident on Hall Street. Lewis D. Jenna, 41, of Alton was arrested on a warrant at 9:38 a.m. on Nov. 1 after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. He failed to appear at a status conference in superior court on Oct. 20 on a drug possession charge out of Franklin from January. Jeffrey A. Luckern, 59, of Concord was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Oct. 31 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges as well as theft by unauthorized taking-$1,001 to $1,500, simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Eastern Mountain Sports on Fort Eddy Road. He is due in superior court for arraignment on Nov. 18. Christopher Miles, 36, of Laconia received a summons at 1:03 p.m. on Oct. 30 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Target on D'Amante Drive. He has an active felony weapon possession charge in Belknap County Superior Court. Katie A. Miner, 47, of Dunbarton was arrested at 3:47 p.m. on Oct. 30 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. She recently pleaded guilty in superior court to a felony controlled drug: controlled premises where drugs kept charge out of Bow.
