Found Dog: healer on the levee next to road 22

Description

Found a dog under my truck parked near where Old River Road bends toward Woodland. It was rooting in the trash when I arrived and three hours of kayaking later it was curled up under my truck. No other cars around, burrs in it's coat. Not chipped and no collar.
