PLUMSTEADVILLE, PA — A portion of Stump Road is closed after a tractor-trailer accident, the Plumstead Township Police Department said Wednesday afternoon. A tractor-trailer rolled over on the roadway, according to their announcement. Police are investigating the accident. The road closure is between Wismer Road and Blueberry Lane.
