Young conure, Rico is an awesome conure who likes to mimic you with words you consistently say. He says his name loud and clear and has started mimicking my daughters name. Unfortunately I started a new job full time and am in school full time and he is not happy about it. She is a typical conure and more protective of her cage but once brought out she is fine. I previously had a conure that was trained to stay on top of her cage besides when stepping up but I have not been able to work on this with her. When I put her on top she will fly to me but my dog going absolutely crazy and after him so it has been more stressful for him then anything. Purchased in May and brand new nice cage at same time.
