Names Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will and Grundy Counties November Non-Profit Hero  For over 50 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will and Grundy Counties has been providing volunteer-based mentoring services for youth in seven counties in the greater Chicagoland area!  Adults, referred to as "Bigs", are paired with minors, referred to as "Littles", to "create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth."  Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will and Grundy Counties operates under the belief that every child possesses incredible potential...so Bigs and Littles spend a few hours together every month engaging in activities to develop positive relationships while helping the children reach their full potential.  Community based programs make it possible for Bigs and Littles engage in fun activities and programs together. The Mentor 2.0 program helps guide high school students on the path to college.
