Looking to form a reggae band

Hello fellow musicians. My name is Alex. I'm a 27 year old dude that wants to form a socal reggae band. Music that makes people happy, but with great musical composure as well, with dynamics, leads, highlights, harmonies etc. I sing and play guitar, and I can jump on the bass and drums as well. I also mess with the keys mainly for effects but not very proficient at it. I record my own music at home with my equipment, I can send you some songs so you can catch my vibe. I'm hoping to get a solid 1 hour set of original music so we can play shows and establish a name. The creative process will be up to all of us, we will all have input on the structure of the music. I'll be taking care of the back end management of the band once we have our members on board. Like bookings, planning photoshoots, promotions, recordings, finances, merch, social media, etc. I'm looking not just to start a band, but hopefully be part of a team that works together to achieve the level of success we always imagined.
