Posting in hopes to spread the alert of a child abduction from middle Tennessee/Kentucky/California. A man, Jacob Clare left around 11/7/21 with a 3 year old boy, Noah and a 16 year old girl, Amber. Jacob is a man around 6'7" with a large tribal tattoo on his left arm. All three are caucasian. They have abandoned their vehicle in San Clemente, CA on or around 11/11/21 and they may be on foot heading for an outdoors area to hide. Any help is appreciated.
