San Diego Property Management company is seeking a porter/janitor at one of our mid-size apartment communities in San Diego.
What you will bring to the team:
2 years of experience performing routine janitorial/custodial/landscape duties, preferably in the multi-housing property management industry,
Must be detail oriented and be able to manage a priority list,
Must have an eye for cleanliness,
Skilled and knowledgeable in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and cleaning equipment,
Able to meet all physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation,
Able to read, write and communicate in basic English,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
