(to be paid $100 on your first check and $200 after completion of 90-days ) Lyon Property Management is a stable company, operating hotels and apartments in San Diego for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a professional, self-starter with at least 3-5 years of maintenance experience to provide maintenance and repair support to our hotel property, The Old Town Inn. The schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday with Sunday and Mondays off. Performs minor and routine repairs including, but not limited to painting, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, and other related maintenance duties 2. Inspects and maintains property and related equipment including kitchen appliances, roofs, pool and grounds. 3. Communicates and recommends the need for major repairs or additions to the interior and exterior of property to the General Manager. 4. Carries out maintenance priorities of the Manager and responds timely to any problems and work orders related to maintenance and repair. 5. Purchases supplies and equipment and keeps current records of inventories. 6. Carries e-pager and responds to maintenance emergencies, when assigned. 7. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS 1. Minimum 3-5 years related experience. 2. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and industrial maintenance. 3. Skill in the use of related tools (hand and electrical). Provides own hand and power tools. 4. Strong organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to manage priorities and workflow. 5. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. 6. Must possess reliable transportation, valid U.S. driver’s license and good driving record. 7. Effective communication skills including, the ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. 8.
