Position: We are a local Asphalt Paving and Asphalt Maintenance company that has been in operation since 2015. We value our customers and employees, and it shows! We are currently seeking a Paving foreman for our 2022 season. We continue to expand every year and would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications! Job Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Overseeing Asphalt paving projects; both residential and commercial which includes, driveways, parking lots, roads and more. - Overseeing your crew, work trucks and equipment - Applicant will drive a company vehicle - Position is full time with willingness to work overtime - Paving season in Central Oregon runs from March thru November Qualifications: - Must have a driver’s license with an excellent driving record - Must work well as a team and have leadership skills - Must have experience in the paving industry - Must be proficient in operating paving equipment - Must be safety oriented and willing to follow safety standards of the company - Completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening is mandatory What our Company Offers: -Medical, Dental & Vision Plan -Retirement Plan -Paid Holidays and PTO -Family oriented company with Employee appreciation Events CCB#213629 www.asphaltrecovery.com
