Chihuahua puppies need rescue

Hi, while driving through the west side I saw a free Puppies sign I stopped and this very elderly gentleman came out with these 2 small chihuahua mix puppies. One is short hair and the other it’s scruffy. They are full of fleas and ticks. I wasn’t going to take them but this elderly man was using a cane and had lots of other dogs and puppies (I asked if he needed help with them and he said no he was keeping those) so I brought home the pups. My plan was to clean them of ticks and fleas and then rehome them but it’s just too much a job for me to do. If anyone is interested please feel free to contact me . They need to be rescued ASAP. Pick up only off Shaenfield and 1604. They are small breed chihuahua mix puppies blonde colored *UPDATE* The short hair girl was picked up. Only scruffy girl is left
