Cleaning Service for 2 vacation rentals in Charlottesville Area

I own two 3 BR / 3 Bath vacation rentals in the Charlottesville area and looking to hire someone for an occasional cleaning. I do have a regular person however she is having to cut back due to family obligations this will leave a few dates open in the near future and likely indefinitely moving forward. I would guess that there will be approx. 3 cleanings a month, sometimes more and sometimes less. Currently I am paying $175 per cleaning and this includes a full turn which means pulling all the sheets off the beds, towels out of the bathroom and putting out the new towels and making the beds with clean sheets. I keep clean sheets/towels in the house in a locked closet in each house. These house are full time vacation rentals (so no family stuff around!) and a full turn normally takes about 3-4 hours. You must bring all of your own cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc and the most important part is being very dependable and quick to respond (due to the nature of the cleanings being for vacation rentals).
