Locally owned commercial property management company seeking a two person south Porter team. We are in the Westlake Hills area near Barton Creek Mall. The Porter hours are 9am-3pm. Flexible. 6 to 8 hours a day. Porter duties: Cleaning • Restrooms: Wipe sinks, wipe all metal, restock paper supplies, sweep floors, clean toilet if needed • Vacuum or sweep hallway floors • Vacuum or sweep stairs & landings • Elevators (doors, inside of cabs, pits – adhering to proper safety mearsures) • Remove garbage if necessary • Maintain lobby and entry way floors and appearance • Clean or dust light fixtures as needed • Remove debris from sidewalks, tree pits, flower beds • Sweep or spray off steps, curbs, ramps • Clean glass doors and windows Dusting • Hand rails and supports • Lobby walls, baseboards and ceilings • Furnishings, plants General • Maintenance the professional appearance of your assigned building • Sweep or blow off sidewalks daily • Remove trash and debris from parking areas • Change light bulbs • Touch up paint (as needed or instructed) • Collect garbage and recyclables if necessary • Check grounds for signs of water leak or sprinkler damage • Reporting damage or items in need of repair • Reporting items in need of preventive maintenance
