Starting pay range 16.50- 21.00 - Experience based. Monthly bonus program -- Performance based Vacation & Holiday Pay Part to Full time options available* General Job Duties: Sealing & insulating of Duct systems Installation of attic & floor insulation Lifting & loading of various tools & project materials. (Generally not to exceed 75 pounds) Maintaining job site safety, cleanliness & post project clean up. Application of Poly ground cover vapor barriers Preferred qualifications/experience: Construction/trades or weatherization Ability to work well with hand tools- mechanically inclined Bilingual in Spanish/English a Plus Requirements: Valid driver's license - ( Please do not inquire if this requirement is not met ) Dependable transportation to shop ( Shop to project site transport provided or compensated for ) Ability to work in tight areas including attics and under floors. (crawl, kneel ) Ability to communicate with other team members and management Reliable, punctual & self motivated individual.
