Desired Qualifications: Experience in the excavation industry as an operator Skilled with excavators from mini to large class Experience operating skid steer Experience operating front-end loader Experience with lasers and grade checking Basic understanding of survey staking and blueprint/plan reading Willingness and skilled for the occasional use of shovel and hand tools Knowledge of installation of sewer, water and dry utilities Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to take direction and obtain good work ethic Ability to problem solve Ability to perform tasks safely and efficiently Must be self motivated and value integrity MUST HAVE THE PERSONAL FORTITUDE TO BE RESPECTFUL TO EVERYONE AT ALL TIMES!!!!! Valid Driver’s Licence
