Maintenance/Handy-Person Needed

Growing company based in Hillsboro needs a maintenance/handy-person to do interior/exterior repairs and maintenance for rentals in the greater Portland/Metro area. Currently we are offering 15-20 hours a week at $20-$25 per hour based on experience. Must be reliable, have solid customer service skills, have your own vehicle, basic tools and general knowledge of common home repairs and painting. Prior experience in property management maintenance preferred but not required and bilingual Spanish/English a plus. Must be willing to learn fair housing laws and maintain a professional attitude when dealing with residents and vendors. Position may also include conducting tours of rental units to potential future residents and other general help (posting notices, doing inspections, etc.) for the Community Managers. Position is available for immediate start upon hire. Potential emergency on-call required. We are looking for someone to grow with us. Must be able to pass a background check.
