[Remote Volunteer]Calling all volunteers who want to make a difference through mentorship! NPower is a National Workforce Development nonprofit that provides free IT training to young adults from underserved backgrounds, transitioning military members, veterans, and veteran spouses. NPowerMATCH is NPower's national e-mentoring program that was created to assist our students to develop and self-actualize their career goals. If you have 3+ years of professional experience (in any field), can support underrepresented communities without judgment, and want to make an impact then this is the right opportunity for you! We ask that mentors commit to at least one mentoring cycle (which lasts 6 months) and can communicate with their mentee(s) for a maximum of 1-2 hours of asynchronous communication (platform messaging) + a face-to-face video call once per month.
