Central Oregon Collective is currently offering a $2,000.00 Hiring bonus for Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) which is an entry level direct support caregiver that requires no previous experience and we provide all the training and support you need to be a DSP. Responsibilities This position works directly with the clients as well as assisting the Manager and Associate Manager. Responsibilities vary from one work location to another as we support a diverse array of individuals with things such as: teaching new skills, providing transportation to appointments, hiking and exploring the outdoors, performing medication passes, preparing meals, pursuing individual interests, maintaining health and hygiene, and simply hanging out and talking. Requirements The ideal candidate is kind, caring, patient, full-hearted, self-motivated, passionate about life, responsible, respectful, empathic, and attentive to details. Candidates must have a valid drivers’ license. COC does conduct post-employment-offer screening to include TB test, motor vehicle check, and background check.
