Full-time custodian and floor technician. Duties include working with the company supervisor filling in for regular custodians who are taking time off, carpet cleaning using truck mounted steam cleaning equipment, window cleaning, and floor waxing/care. This position requires a driver's license to drive a company vehicle, ability to work with another floor technician, ability to work solo/alone at times, and completing janitorial cleaning duties. This job does require some heavy lifting once or twice a week of floor machines that weigh approximately 75 pounds.
