Duties include but are not limited to: · Lead a productive and motivated crew · Oversee, direct, and educate technicians on diagnosis, repair, and maintenance. · Ensure a quality final product by double checking, test driving, verifying repairs as needed. · Maintaining a smooth workflow of all techs by interacting with the office for proper scheduling. Monitoring work in progress and keep the office informed of estimated completion times. · Diagnosis & repair vehicles when needed · Monday thru Friday job. NO WEEKENDS!
