His name is Ruffles. Adult male with medium length hair. Neutered, black and white tuxedo. He is medium size, about 7 lbs. He went missing on 11/8 in the afternoon in the 16th and H Street neighborhood. Last seen in our front yard playing with a pinecone. He is very friendly, and may try to come inside since he is a mostly inside boy. He is very loved and missed. Please call any time if you find him! .
