DCI is hiring a full-time International Baccalaureate (IB) Administrative Assistant. Position Overview: The IB Administrative Assistant assists the IBTeam in all duties necessary for the proper and efficient operation of the Middle Years (MYP), Career (CP), and Diplomas (DP) Programmes. The IB Administrative Assistant will support the IB Team with all clerical needs for the day-to-day operations. Salary Range: Starting salary is determined by education and years of relevant experience. Salaries range from $34,000 - $40,000. Qualifications: Applicants with an associate's Degree or higher are strongly preferred. Strong reading and writing skills. Prior IB and/or school administrative assistant experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexible mindset and ability to prioritize tasks. Knowledge of confidentiality requirements. Positive, proactive, and independent problem solver. Comfortable in a Mac environment. Ability to draft and create documents and spreadsheets. Essential Attributes: Interact with parents, students, and staff in a professional and inviting manner. Assist with scheduling meetings and meeting core IB deadlines. Provide on-going support to the IB team with filing, data analysis, and miscellaneous tasks.such as exam registration, roster development, fee reimbursements, etc. Support with IB class and student needs flexibly, as needed. Embrace French, Spanish, and Chinese cultures by facilitating and participating in cultural activities for faculty and students. Commitment to environmentally sustainable business practices. Other duties as assigned.
