Position Overview: Managing student information, including incoming student records, transcripts and other records request, and student attendance, and assisting the Middle School Educational Leadership Team. Salary Range: Starting salary is determined by education and years of relevant experience. Salaries range from $34,000 - $40,000. Qualifications: Applicants with an associate's Degree or higher strongly preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong reading and writing skills in both languages. Prior school administrative assistant experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexible mindset and ability to prioritize tasks. Knowledge of confidentiality requirements. Positive, proactive, and independent problem solver. Comfortable in a Mac environment. Ability to draft and create documents and spreadsheets. Responsibilities: Managing and organizing schoolwide translation requests, including but not limited to, translating documents, meetings, and phone calls between Spanish and English Schoolwide transcript requests Completing monthly credit card reconciliation Assisting Ed Leadership with emails, scheduling, promotion and SST intervention tangibles Supporting in the execution of locker distribution Manage and update academic record-keeping throughout the academic year including: Grade entry GPA and transcript updates Uploading of MAP reports 6-10 Establishing and maintaining strong communication with students, teachers, and parents and family members Providing assistance on various administrative tasks Embracing French, Spanish, and Chinese cultures by leading and participating in cultural activities for faculty and students Commitment to environmentally sustainable business practices Other duties as assigned Faculty and Staff Development/Benefits: DCI is committed to the principles of servant leadership and to providing faculty and staff with the resources and training they need to provide an excellent education experience for every student and family.
