Khan's Property of OK Inc. located at 3616 E. 2nd st. Tulsa, OK 74112 is looking to hire a full time/part time maintenance/management position. Someone who can alleviate some work in the office and possibly minor maintenance work. We have a position open at 1140 E. 61st, Tulsa, OK 74136 but it typically doesn't require more then 3-4 hours work, so we would have you move to other locations as needed to complete hours. The job would include the following: 1. Maintenance (plumbing, minor electrical, sheet rock repair etc) This is not required. 2. Showing and leasing apartments 3. Minor Rent collection 4. Running back ground check online via a computer 5. Light cleaning when work is in office is slow 6. Running errands to collect parts for maintenance crew when necessary 7. Can also possibly accommodate living on site if that is something you are interested in 8. Willing to go to other properties when work is slow to assist. 9. When having to drive in a given day to other Khan's Property locations, a gas allowance will be given In order to qualify for the position all of the following would be required: 1. Have a working vehicle with a valid Drivers License 2. No criminal history within the last 5 years 3. Common courtesy with basic Communication skills(dealing with prospective tenants and current tenants) 4. Basic computer skills 5.
