Handyman/Onsite Manager needed. Duties would include, Lawn care, snow removal, general handyman work, showing vacant trailers. Must be honest, hand working and have good communication skills. Duties NOT NEEDED, collecting rents, signing leases, tenant background checks. Onsite housing available, Lawn and snow (bobcat) equipment provided, handyman would need to provide own basic tools. Background checks required, No Felonies, or evictions permitted. Resume required.
