Looking for land/ranch to walk.

My wife and I (plus a very sweet black lab mix) are looking for a land or ranch owner that would be willing to let us walk their property. We're in our mid 30s and love hiking/walking and being out in nature. Unfortunately there are no public lands near by for us to get our fill of the outdoors. We are very respectful of the land and I would be willing to keep an eye on cattle, fences, pests, or anything else.
