Contractor/Handyman Needed For Repairs

Description

I'm looking for a contractor or handyman that can do some minor repairs to a 1930's house so I can get it rented out. The main repairs include repairs to window and door trim, original flooring repairs, drywall repair, replacement of electrical outlets and other minor repairs. This is not a job for a high end remodeler, I'm looking to spend as little as possible so I can get the property rented out. I cannot afford a full remodel at this time.
