Well-known, reputable company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters in the greater Cincinnati area is looking for a laborer to assist our repair technicians. Duties Include - Unpacking/packing ladders and setting up jobsites in accordance with OSHA requirements - Understanding or willingness to learn the different products and tools required to perform repairs - Be able to safely and efficiently climb ladders and navigate on and around the jobsite - Develop your craftsmanship and abilities to be promotable to repair technician - Be presentable and able to talk to clients and staff Requirements - Must have an active driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s auto policy - Must have a reliable means of communication—cell phone is preferred - Must be able to pass a background and drug screening - Must have a go getter and team mentality - Must work well with others - Previous roofing, siding, and gutter experience is preferred, but not necessary This is an entry level position in the roofing, siding, and gutter industry. As a W-2 employee, taxes will be taken out of your check each week. After a 60-day probationary period, you will be eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance. The company also provides $20,000 in life insurance at no cost to you. Aflac also available. Starting pay is between $15-$18 per hour depending on experience and attitude. We pay weekly on Fridays.
