Adecco is working with a local company in Waltham, MA to find a very organized Product Returns Coordinator. You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as servicing existing customers and establishing new customer accounts.  Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and requests regarding accounts Process customer orders  Track customer orders and repair as requested Interface in a professional manner with internal and external customers Maintain daily interactions between shipping, Accounting, Planning, Product service and Customer service department Establish new customer accounts Skills: High school or high school equivalency diploma At least 1 year related experience in sales or customer service Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with customers and strong telephone etiquette skills Experience in/or appreciation for the dental industry is preferred Pay Rate $21/hr Hours: 8:30am-5pm
