Company Background: Reading Commercial Heat Treating Company has been family owned and operated since 1952. We provide heat treating services to various aluminum foundries and steel manufacturers in the surrounding regions. Job Summary: Reading Commercial Heat Treating Company is seeking a full time worker for general labor. This full-time position is from 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Thursday. In addition, applicants must be available for routine overtime. The hourly salary, plus generous overtime, is commensurate with experience. Job Responsibilities: • Preparing aluminum materials for heat treating • Loading and unloading furnaces after processing • loading and unloading trucks and making local deliveries.
