General Laborer Needed Delaware Labor Resources Inc. Delaware Labor Resources (DLR) partners with a variety of companies requiring general labor. We are looking for responsible and dependable individuals to join our team. Qualifications: While previous experience in maintenance or one of the trades is preferable, it is not required. However, you must be able to work well with others in a team setting and have reliable transportation to get to job sites on time. Compensation: Starting pay is $15 per hour. Overtime is available Paid-time-off, paid vacations, and paid holidays are awarded at monthly intervals SIMPLE IRA offered AFLAC and other benefits offered Hours and Location: Work hours vary but are generally somewhere between 7am to 5:00pm. Most work takes place during weekdays but some weekend work may be required based on job assignment. Most work is located in New Castle county, Delaware Duties: Carpet tear-out Apartment/Townhome turn Furniture moving Appliance Delivery and Removal Dumpster Clean-up Trash Clean-up Gutter Cleaning Trash-outs Residential Demo Snow Removal Light Plumbing Work Light Electrical Work Other duties needed to complete job assignments
