We are looking for a qualified individual to hire as FT maintenance. Pay is $15 per hour. Company gives 12 holidays paid off per year, PTO, Sick leave, etc. Maintenance for our property includes daily property walks; pick up trash and look for issues, daily work orders for residents including minimum repairs and troubleshooting. Flipping units, including painting and cleaning. Please call to inquire further.
