Pacesetter Personnel is looking for a reliable and trustworthy Labor Staffing Dispatcher to join our team in South Austin. This is currently a SPLIT SHIFT position. 5 am - 9:00 am and 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm Monday - Friday and dispatchers work rotating weekend hours as needed for events. Schedule Flexibility is a must. Responsibilities: Handing out job assignments End of day ticket pay out Coordinate with van drivers to schedule job site staff drop off and pick up Answer phones and respond to emails. Skills Needed To Be Successful In This Position: Customer service oriented with the ability to diffuse difficult situations Ability to multi-task Must be able to work with a very diverse population such as low income, homeless and others Some basic computer experience is a must Additional Requirements: High school diploma/GED Must be able to work a schedule that includes alternating evenings and weekends. Spanish speaking a plus but not required. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, bend, lift 30 lbs or more, load inventory.
