The entrance gate at my apt complex closed on my truck on August 4th, 2021 the Corporate office has refused to pay for the damage. Can I get the video from the apartment office or is it to late ? And how do I request the video it has been since August 4th. From my research small claims court has no teeth so if I did sue and win there is no guarantee that the office would pay anyway. My insurance will pay after a $100.00 deductible but the gate hit me I didn't hit the gate any good input would be appreciated. By the way one of the owners of this complex is Gary Gates State Rep out of Missouri City, I am trying to get Fox 26 to call me back most politician's don't like media in there business.
