Job description
• General maintenance of all common area buildings and outdoor areas on a daily basis.
• Have a working knowledge of irrigation systems/zones, modules, and all associated repairs.
• Basic knowledge of pool maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electric and plumbing repairs
• Basic knowledge of lift Stations and maintenance
* Maintain flower beds weed pulling around Club house, amenities, office and new home beds.
* Pick up grounds every morning and daily as needed.
• Inspect common areas and buildings regularly to always promote and maintain great curb appeal. Daily inspection of the clubhouse and common area grounds.

• Work with and oversee outdoor maintenance lawn/landscape crew.
• Maintain all 15 Lease Homes making necessary repairs as needed. Power washing etc.
• Maintain all new homes as needed. Interior and exterior, power-washing etc.
• Maintain and keep a service log for all equipment and vehicles.
• Insure sufficient service from third party contractors - i.e., mowing, pool maintenance, lift-stations, water, and wells etc.
• Work with Community Manager and Sales Agent to coordinate special projects such as capital improvements, open house events, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents and fellow employees.
• Order maintenance supplies. Prepare list for Manager’s approval.
• Be available for after hours emergency on call service 24/7.
• Background check required.
