The Rodent Exclusion specialist is responsible for identifying and eliminating pest problems. These services include but are not limited to; Inspecting homes for rodent damages or entry points, Removing rodents, Setting and baiting rodent bait stations. As well as Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Position: Rodent Exclusion Specialist Type: Full time Schedule: 8:00 Am Monday-Friday (must be comfortable working weekends if needed) Location: Van Nuys and surrounding LA areas Pay Rate: $16.50 or Depending on experience If Applicable: Vehicle mileage Reimbursement Requirements: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions Rodent proofing and sealing off rodent entry points with a variety of approved techniques as well as setting traps. Job Qualifications: Must possess a valid CA driver license with no major points or tickets Must have reliable transportation Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required Light construction or Handyman experience is a plus Must be comfortable traveling for this position as it is essentially working out on the field Must be comfortable working in small spaces; such as attics.
