Do you ride METRO buses ? Are you tired of METRO drivers being constantly late on their routes and sometimes not even showing up AT ALL? Are you exhausted of sending in complaints and or comment forms to METRO yet it still happens and nothing is done at all as they just make excuses to you ? We are now in the dark and the cold of winter and riders need to get home safely and not be exposed to the cold unnecessarily while Metro staff drive home in their heated cars to their dinner and we desperately try and get home somehow someway. All while we are in the season of colds and the flu plus Covid. PLEASE call and or write METRO and let their management know you want buses to actually run on time and to abide by the schedule that they published.
