Hoppy Holidays Drive-Thru with Broadscope Disability Services and Eagle Park Brewing Company The holidays are a great time for ham and Eagle Park beer! For Christmas, we have chosen to help fundraise for Broadscope Disability Services with a Hot Ham & Roll drive-thru event. Broadscope Disability Services advances opportunities for individuals with disabilities and their families. Broadscope serves hundreds of individuals in Southeastern WI every year through our Employment, Independent Living and Respite Programs. 2020 is extra special as we celebrate 50 years of making a difference in our community On Sunday, December 20th we will be donating a percentage of proceeds from our Hoppy Holidays event. Each $40 ticket will include the following: 4 - Pack of Special Edition Eagle Park Holiday Beer1 lb. of Smoked Hot Ham6 Kaiser RollsEagle Park Brewing Company Coupon for $5 off of $25 order (valid at both taprooms)Upon purchasing, you will receive a receipt to provide at drive-thru. We will have a designated drive-thru line in our parking lot - similar to how we have done our beer release order/pickup. One of our staff will ask to see your receipt for verification and will provide your packaged food and beverage directly to your vehicle. Tickets are being pre-sold, so be sure to purchase prior to the day of. Due to our current fluid circumstances with COVID-19, we are making this a drive-thru event. More details on pick up will be announced as we draw closer to the event date. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home for safety of other guests and our staff. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, we will provide you a gift card for the cost of the event excluding the processing fees and taxes.If the event is canceled in whole or part because of force majeure condition, a complete refund will be made to the ticket holder no later than fourteen (14) days considered for refunds.We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing symptoms of illness or who does not comply to our COVID-19 policies.Questions?
