Performs Warehouse functions involving pick, pack and ship orders accurately as well as unload, receive and appropriately sort, label and shelf incoming product, and prepare products for shipment. Responsibilities: Inventory/Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Functions Pick, pack, and ship all outgoing retail and wholesale orders (individual boxes via FedEx; pallets via national freight forwarders, shrink-wrap pallets) Unload, Receive, break down, and store all incoming shipments Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts Use carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other gear to move heavy items around Maintain warehouse overall safety and cleanliness Contribute to other functions as needed Assist in maintaining the warehouse including organizing, sweeping, and other duties Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Minimum of 1 year experience as a warehouse worker / helper of a similar-sized or larger warehouse Ability to handle heavy lifting Forklift or pallet driver experience a plus Go up and down stairs (where applicable) Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards Basic math and measurement skills Team player with good inter-personal skills Must have reliable transportation to Carlstadt, NJ Must pass Background checks Must pass pre-employment DOT drug testing (if required) Hours: Monday through Friday – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; however, overtime may be available during busy season.
